Purpose of the RE Program

The Resident Educator Program is a 2-year induction ​program for beginning teachers in Ohio. Brown County ​ESC coordinates the program for the districts in Brown ​County. Supporting those newest to our profession ​ensures that our students have reflective educators who ​are committed to growing their practice for the benefit of ​student achievement and growth.
