Purpose of the RE Program

The Resident Educator Program is a 2-year induction program for beginning teachers in Ohio. Brown County ESC and Southern Ohio ESC work collaboratively to meet the needs of the mentors and resident educators within Region 14. Supporting those newest to our profession ensures that our students have reflective educators who are committed to growing their practice for the benefit of student achievement and growth.
