The BCESC Professional Learning team members are credentialed to lead multiple state training models to meet the requirements of teacher preparation and evaluation. We also have multiple Regional Data Leads on staff to support data analysis and instructional decisions.

Required for all administrators/supervisors who evaluate teachers.

Required for all superintendents/administrators who evaluate principals.

Required for all administrators who evaluate school counselors.

Mentor Academy

In order to serve as a mentor in the Resident Educator Program, one must be a credentialed mentor. The two-day Academy focuses on the role of the mentor and the critical components of instructional mentoring. Mentors are introduced to the essential content of mentoring to prepare them to support the instructional growth and development of Resident Educators.
